Professional Recruitment, sometimes referred to as head-hunting is a highly lucrative industry which can pay in excess of £150,000 to successful individuals. Recruitment provides confident, motivated, ambitious and professionally-minded individuals the opportunity to earn £45K+ in Year 1, £80k - £150k in Year 2, but with uncapped commission the sky really is the limit.
You could be successful in recruitment if you:

As a trainee recruitment consultant your key tasks will be interviewing prospective senior candidates on the telephone to assess them for suitability for existing customers.
After 3 months, if you graduate from the Rising Star programme, you will be applying your newfound knowledge to selling intelligently, on the phone and face-to-face, to major global companies including Banks, Oil Companies and Property Developers.
You will gain knowledge of absolute best practice in every area of recruitment, from one of the industry's most successful entrepreneurs, and also from "Recruitment Guru" Mike Walmsley.
Kite will introduce you to the best practice methods of identifying new potential customers, selling our services, negotiating senior executives' salaries, carrying out market research, short-listing suitable candidates for vacancies, advertising, marketing and face-to-face interviewing.
