Junior Consultants - Trainee/Graduates who can demonstrate applied intelligence, and hunger for a career within recruitment.

The majority of our top talent and management began in recruitment in graduate/trainee position.
You will support our team whilst learning from our senior consultants.
You will show potential to become a consultant.
To be successful in this position you will need to be hard working, ambitious and organised.
This position will allow you to build a solid career, maximising your potential.

Consultants

Still in the relatively early stages of your recruitment career you will benefit from the guidance and assistance of proven practices and methods.
You will service our major accounts, and will build a network of contacts to call upon to fill vacancies.
We will invest in you, assisting with your personal growth and giving advice on possible career progressions including Senior Consultant, Senior New Business Consultant or Senior Recruiter.
To succeed in this position you will be motivated, ambitious and keen to explore all possibilities of your future career.

Senior Recruiters and Client Developers

You will be responsible for delivering our highly regarded service to our key clients.
You will be ambassadors of our culture and service, advising and guiding clients throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle.
We have taken many senior members on to our team who have been dissatisfied with their current employer, pay and benefits and/or colleagues. We welcome individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level.

Senior New Business Consultants

You will be charged with developing Kite's brand into major UK companies, developing business and winning new projects.
Your extensive recruitment experience will enable you to grow your market share of your chosen sector.
Commission and basic packages structured to suit each individual.
